The Montclair Arts Council (M.A.C.) is a non-profit corporation that provides information and services to artists and cultural organizations. In 2006 the Montclair Arts Council came to Lform Design, to help brand Montclair a destination for the arts and to create a resource for the community.
Through a thorough analysis of MAC's needs versus desires, Lform was able to develop a concrete course of action. The plan allowed board members to easily understand each phase of development. Target dates were set, helping orchestrate when content was to be delivered by Lform and MAC.
An administrative tool was coded, allowing staff to easily manage and update content. A custom, password-protected calendar was designed. The MAC was able to process credit card transactions. Furthermore, an electronic newsletter template was designed. The MAC Web site will help art-based programs and will increase collaboration within the Montclair community.
