Once you’ve decided that you would like to work with Lform, we’ll schedule a kickoff meeting. As part of our discovery phase, we’ll have performed a competitive analysis to determine where you stand among your competitors and assess the state of your marketing. During the meeting, we’ll discuss:

The design phase begins with a series of wireframes, giving you an idea of basic page layout. Once you have approved wireframes, the real work can begin. Our design team will create beautiful, usable pages for your site, in addition to working on brand identity and marketing collateral including but not limited to:

Coding & Development

Before coding begins, a functionality meeting is critical. We’ll go over the site page by page, leaving no stone unturned. Our objective will be to determine exactly how the site will function to optimize usability. This phase of the process is comprised of:

Testing & Refinement

Quality assurance is our number one pre-launch priority. We’ll integrate all of your content (text and images) and run the site through its paces in multiple browsers on a variety of devices (Desktop, iPhone, Android, iPad, etc.)

We will root out and fix broken links, validate HTML and CSS coding, and make sure that site functionality matches technical specifications. In addition, your website will be covered under warranty for a full year after launch, ensuring that errors or bugs are addressed swiftly at no additional charge to you. Before launch, you will be provided with a test link for you to perform a final inspection.

Site Launch

Once the site is fully tested and approved, it’s time to launch! Lform will provide a training session and make sure you feel comfortable editing using the CMS. We will also provide a customized instructional manual. After launch, we will continue to support your site with options for support, upgrades, and statistics.
